Honestly I purchased this tape because the design and packaging are CUTEE (unlike the generic ones). The design also makes it less intimidating, and I love that I can sip water through a straw! It sticks well, but if you have sensitive skin like me, applying a tiny bit of moisturizer before using it helps with removal. I've used it for 5 days straight and notice myself feeling less tired and more alert throughout my office job workday - totally makes a diff

I was worried about feeling trapped or smothered , but this tape is so thin and breathable that I forget it’s there. It sticks well, but doesn’t feel harsh when I take it off.

Long-term mouth taper for many years because of Andrew Huberman. I can see my sleep quality and score improve when I mouth tape and decrease when I don't. This tape is by far the most comfortable one I’ve tried. The fabric is much thinner, making it super breathable and flexible. It feels like I'm barely wearing anything. It stays put all night but doesn’t make me feel suffocated or like I’m struggling for air. Pro tip to apply moisturizer before taping for easier removal
